INVITATION FOR BID

CLEANING SERVICE

The Lamar County Commission invites BIDS from qualified local firms or individuals in cleaning to furnish cleaning service of the Lamar County Courthouse, 44690 Highway 17, Courthouse Annex, 311 Butler Circle, and Courthouse Annex 2, 44725 Highway 17, all located in Vernon, Alabama. Copies of the bid package may be obtained by the County Administrator, Suzanne Otts, 44690 Highway 17, Vernon (2^nd floor) or administrator@lamarcountyal.gov

SEALED PROPOSALS will be accepted by the Lamar County Commission until May 9, 2025, at 4:30 pm local time.  Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud, Monday, May 12, 2025, at 9:00 am, located at 44690 Highway 17, Vernon (2^nd floor in the commission court) during a regular Commission meeting. 

A walk through will be held on April 23, 2025, at 9:00 am.  Meet on the 2^nd floor of the Courthouse located at 44690 Highway 17, Vernon, outside the Commission office door.

The Lamar County Commission reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part on such basis as the Lamar County Commission deems to be in its interest to do so, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the Lamar County Commission and the State of Alabama.

MUST HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE. W-9 REQUIRED
