Maintenance Worker
Taking applications for a part-time or full-time maintenance worker.
Would be responsible for the upkeep (including grounds), repair, and safe operation of buildings, performing tasks ranging from routine inspections to emergency repairs.
Required Skills
Plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects and work in various environments, including outdoors. Follow written and verbal instructions, collaborating with team members, and interacting with contractors.
